Terms of Service

1. Operator and scope

These terms apply to the use of Ebonspire Legends and to digital purchases offered by NitroXHost, located at Frans Halsstraat 17, Hardinxveld-Giessendam, Nederland, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 99748274 and VAT number NL005408779B27.

By registering an account or using the game, you enter into an agreement with NitroXHost and accept these terms.

2. Age and accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Each person may have one account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• Account sharing, sale or transfer is prohibited.
• You are responsible for activity on your account unless unauthorized use outside your control can be demonstrated.

3. License and game content

NitroXHost grants you a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable right to play Ebonspire Legends for private use. Software, card designs, names, texts, game rules and other content remain the property of NitroXHost or their respective rights holders.

4. Prohibited conduct

Cheating, hacks, exploits, bots, macros, deliberate bug abuse, bypassing security, real-money trading of accounts or virtual goods, spam, harassment, threats, discrimination, racism, doxxing and disruption of the service are prohibited.

5. Virtual currency and items

Coins, diamonds, cards, boosters and other virtual goods may only be used within Ebonspire Legends. They have no cash value outside the game, cannot be redeemed for money and do not grant ownership of a digital file or game component. NitroXHost may make reasonable balance changes.

6. Digital purchases and payments

Paid digital content is sold under the NitroXHost name. Available payment methods and total price are shown before payment. Payments may be processed by Mollie or another clearly identified payment provider.

Where digital content is delivered immediately, the statutory withdrawal right may only expire after you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of that right. After full delivery, refunds are unavailable except where mandatory consumer law, incorrect delivery or another legal obligation requires otherwise.

7. Tournaments and leagues

Players may participate in leagues and tournaments under the rules displayed in the game. Creating a player tournament may cost diamonds. NitroXHost may correct or invalidate matches affected by fraud, technical errors or abuse.

8. Moderation and sanctions

NitroXHost may issue warnings, chat mutes, temporary suspensions or permanent bans for violations. Serious fraud or security abuse may result in immediate access restrictions. Appeals can be submitted to info@nitroxhost.com.

9. Availability and changes

NitroXHost aims to keep the game available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, outages, updates and changes may temporarily affect features or progress.

10. Liability

NitroXHost remains liable where liability cannot legally be excluded. For other loss, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant digital purchase unless there is intent or deliberate recklessness. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Termination

You may request account deletion. NitroXHost may terminate access for serious or repeated violations. Information subject to a legal retention requirement may be retained for the required period.

12. Governing law and complaints

Dutch law applies. Mandatory consumer protection in your EU country of residence remains applicable. Contact info@nitroxhost.com first with complaints.
